Session enquiries

The form prepares a WhatsApp message containing your first name, area, training setting, preferred time and language. Ramin receives your enquiry only when you open WhatsApp and send the message. The form does not save your information in a website database.

Training-fit assessment

Your choices are used to show a recommendation and help complete the enquiry form. Where supported, your browser keeps them in the current tab temporarily; they expire after one hour. Please do not enter medical records, diagnoses or sensitive health details into the form.

Other services

WhatsApp and Instagram have their own privacy policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver their services.

Analytics and advertising

This version has no active advertising pixel or third-party analytics tracker. Assessment answers and contact details are not added to analytics events. This notice and relevant privacy choices will be updated before new tracking tools are enabled.

Who handles your enquiry

Ramin Hashemzadeh, trading as Training Matrix, handles coaching enquiries. Details you send him on WhatsApp are used to respond to your questions and arrange coaching. Use the email below to request access, correction or deletion of details you have sent him directly.

Security cookies and technical processing

The hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare. It may set the __cf_bm security cookie to help distinguish automated traffic; Cloudflare documents a 30-minute inactivity expiry. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, page requests and browser information to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from advertising tracking. Cloudflare cookies.

When you open WhatsApp

Choosing “Open WhatsApp” passes the prepared text to WhatsApp through the link. Sending it to Ramin requires your action inside WhatsApp. Service providers may process information outside the UAE. See WhatsApp’s policy for its handling and retention of data. WhatsApp privacy.

Clear assessment choices

Assessment choices use this browser tab’s session storage. Entries at least one hour old are deleted when read. You can also clear them now.
