Personal training prices: what to compare before you book

Compare the whole service

A price per session is useful only when you know what the session includes. Check its length, whether it is one-to-one, who your coach will be, and where it takes place. A gym-based service and a trainer travelling to your address may have different arrangements. Ask for a clear total before committing.

Training Matrix prices

Ramin’s single in-person session is AED 300 for 60 minutes. The Starter package costs AED 2,000 for eight sessions, equivalent to AED 250 each. The Progress package costs AED 2,880 for twelve sessions, equivalent to AED 240 each. Each offers one-to-one coaching, training adapted to your goals, technique feedback and progress reviews during sessions.

Start with a schedule you can keep

A larger package has a lower per-session price, but that does not automatically make it your best choice. Consider your work hours, travel and ability to attend consistently. Discuss package validity, cancellation and rescheduling with Ramin before paying. Ask whether the sessions can fit the actual times you have available.

Check the location costs

Building gyms and commercial gyms have their own access arrangements. Confirm that your trainer may enter, whether you need a membership, and whether an entry or other location-related charge applies. These are separate questions from the coaching fee and should be settled before the first visit.

Meet before committing

Training Matrix offers a free 45-minute first session, including a consultation, guided trial workout and a first-week outline. It is shorter than a paid session and does not commit you to buying a package. Use it to understand Ramin’s approach and ask about the ongoing service. Online coaching is a separate offer at AED 650 per month; it is not unlimited live training.
